Gas came over to bulb but the lecky didn't

Hi, I applied to have both my gas and electricity go over to bulb but only the gas has. I have spoke to EON and they say they haven’t even applied to take it over. How do you get to speak to bulb to sort this out???

I would start a web chat with bulb in your dashboard or the app. Probably get a quicker response
