Hi . I recived my gas card today but the gold chip on the cad are too small so on my gas meter showing incorrect card, please sent me correct card

It’ll be best if you contact the Bulb team directly via email or telephone (see How to get in touch – Bulb ) as us fellow community members (fellow customers) can’t help with this. Bulb staff /might/ see this thread and respond, but the best way to ensure your gas supply is sorted is to email/phone them: if you can include details of the make/model of the meter you have, it’ll be helpful (there’s probably an incorrect meter type recorded on the national gas database for your meter which has caused the wrong card to be sent out).
