Gas Changeover Question

Hi all, we switched across in about September. The electricity switched within a day or two but the gas had a fair amount of credit.

We’ve finally hit the end of the credit, so am I expecting the gas to switch soon too? Its hit emergency credit on the smart meter.

I’d suggest contacting Bulb customer services rather than this customer discussion forum. No one here is going to know the answer to your question, hence the lack of replies.

Yeah you may be right. I was hoping that there would be a few staff monitoring the boards, since a few people got answers.

I just wonder why have a support forum if there’s no support available?
