Gas cost values are off


When I check my IHD to look at costs for this week, this month, this year etc the gas values are not correct. As an example if I look at ‘So far this week’ today (Monday) it is showing I have used £5.37 for gas, but when I look at ‘so far today’ it shows £0.70.

Also if I look at so far this year it shows £9.12 when it should be more like £24 since the smart meters were installed?

Anyone know a way to correct this?

I’m sorry that your IHD doesn’t sound completely accurate. Please can you try rebooting it, and then could you follow this link and fill in the details of the issue?

Once you’ve sent that in we’ll try and fix your IHD overnight, so it should start working within 24 hours.

Make sure you keep your IHD turned on and within 5m of your electricity meter overnight and restart it in the morning if nothing has changed.

If this doesn’t work, please try following the steps in your Bulb account again on a different date (the fix sometimes works the second time). If it’s still not working after 2 attempts, let us know.
