My gas supply switched over from British Gas on Friday, however they did not switch my meter from prepay to credit. This has caused my gas supply to cut off yesterday morning. I am now without gas so no hot water and heating. I have two children under four and am due to give birth in just a few weeks and getting really upset that i can’t get hold of you during the weekend to try and get the gas back on. Please help?
