Gas disconnected as a leak on the meter and no way to contact bulb?

How can you contact bulb on a weekend when email for help or emergency says 5 days. Phone isn’t supported on the weekend…and the local gas service come out and disconnect you and say your supplier who you can’t contact has to sort the fact your meter is leaking…now no heating, hot water or cooker?

Transcom are responsible for all meters not the gas suppliers - if its leaking then they will come out and fix - call the number on the meter to get in touch with them.
