Gas meter change.

My gas meter was changed recently. The engineer told me the starting reading (non-zero) would be registered with some kind of database and my supplier would pick it up and adjust my account. My account is still showing the previous meter reading and the new meter has 5.3 digit instead of 4 and a dial, so I cannot enter my reading. Please advise.

Hey @Eugenedev you’re right that this should come through to us automatically. Sometimes, this doesn’t always go to plan but we can always sort this out retrospectively.

Would you be able to drop us an email at help@bulb.co.uk with a photo of the meter, displaying the serial number and the yellow sticker on the front?

If you could also include the date of the exchange, then we’ll have everything we need to sort that out for you.
