Topped up meter today, says error code B3. Read that means it’s coming to end of its life, can’t get through to speak to anybody !

Prepay gas meters run off a battery so the B3 error means the battery is low. If for any reason your gas supply is completely off I would advise contacting our emergency line on 0300 30 30 635. If you have supply then we can just book you in for a meter replacement.
I can see that this has been processed with our metering team so once we have the next available date we will relay this information back to you.
