My gas meter is not shown on my account so I cant give my first reading - I have emailed in images of both my gas and electricity meters again - Hope this get resolved asap please?
Similar issue here. Signed up for Dual Fuel but my contract only mentions electricity (despite getting an email asking for my Gas meter details, which I provided). Is there something going wrong with the sign up process maybe?
Bulb should respond Monday as closed over weekend.
@danafy33 - your gas meter registration is underway, we emailed with an update.
@MaxMaxMax - your switch for both electricity and gas was started on Friday and are both on track - sometimes, the details on the industry databases are not clear, so we ask for a meter image to be sure of switching the correct meter right away.
