Gas meter not working/ may need replacing

My Gas meter has not been working for a while. Someone came to take a reading and said he would report it as not working and advised the energy company would be in touch to fix it. Have been on Help Centre to see if I could arrange to have it repaired or replaced, cant seem to book it. Please email me with an answer, I can send photos of the meter if necessary.

Hi it looks like it has come to the end of its life. still have gas supply, however the meter does not show the reading when A or B button is pressed
