Gas meter problem - couldn't switch

Hi,

I was unable to transfer over my gas supply because eon had the wrong meter assigned to my account. They have now updated. Can I re-start the switch?

As the issue was with their records they have offered to refund the difference for the intervening period, unfortunately I haven’t kept the meter reading I originally submitted to bulb when I tried to transfer it originally - do you have it on record? (Gas is not showing under MyBulb because the switch didn’t happen)

Hi @maryl sorry to hear that you had trouble switching the gas to Bulb. But great news that it’s been sorted now! The best thing to do is email us a photo of your gas meter with the serial number to help@bulb.co.uk. That way we can ask to take supply of your gas, making sure we’ve got the right gas meter this time! Hopefully we can also find the original reading you sent us. If you could ask us to look for it in the email you send we’ll see what we can do :slight_smile:
