Hello,

I recently submitted the wrong meter reading and when i realised later on, i had to update the reading and sent in a picture.

The reading i put in initially was 01471.
The correct update reading was 01438. Would this difference of 00033 significantly affect my bill and how would I sort this out?

In rough terms 33 units equals to about 363 kWh and using a until rate of 3.7 pence per kWh the cost of your 33 units works out at around about £13.43.

Personally I wouldn’t worry too much about the meter reading of 01471, because it will correct itself for your next bill if your actual meter reading is greater than 01471.

I forgot to mention my calculations were based on an assumption your meter reads in cubic metres?
