Gas meter reading I sent you doesn't match what my old supplier sent

Hi,

British Gas has sent me my final bill and the Gas reading they have provided (07222) doesn’t match what I provided to you when I switched accounts on 29th Aug (04520). They’re now charging me over £1000 for 1 months worth of gas I haven’t used.

Are you able to correct this with them?

@warren635 thanks for posting! I can see that my colleague Sam has already sorted the issue after your chat earlier today. I have also called British Gas who have confirmed they will change the reading. We just need that picture of your gas meter please.
