Gas meter reading not displayed in account

We switched to Bulb on the 9th Jan. I cannot find a record of my first gas meter reading in my account. The electricity reading is displayed only. I have received my final bill from my previous supplier and they have used an estimate to calculate our final gas payment which I would like to check. Can you tell me where I can find my gas meter reading? Thank you.

Hi @louise01, we have your gas meter readings on our system, when we receive your meter details from the gas industry the readings will enter on to our system and be sent on to your previous supplier, This will enable them to provide a final bill using your actual reading. Sometimes it can take a while for the gas industry to send us your meter details. The reading you provided us with is 1816.
