I have now submitted my gas meter reading for 30/9/2017 3 times and yet when I go back in to meter readings the only reading shown is for 6/9/2017 when I switched to you. Do you have my meter reading for 30/9/2017 and when will my account be updated for both electriciy and gas?
This is down to a recent change in the way the gas industry is dealing with readings. Gas readings now go through an industry-wide validation process. Just to check they look okay.
This means it might take a little longer to show up in your account. But don’t worry, we’ve got it and it should show on your account now.
