I am with bulb for electricity and gas. I had a notification on the app to submit my electricity meter readings but not my gas meter readings. I can’t find any refer to the gas meter anywhere in the app does someone knows why?
Have you tried the Submit Meter Reading page in your Account Dashboard on a computer?
That should offer you both Electricity and Gas buttons. If it doesn’t, you could try this:
Give Gas Reading
I can see the issue was couldn’t find your gas meter when you initially signed up, so have only registered for it today.
There’s an open complaint about this now, and further correspondence on the issue can be carried out there. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
