Gas meter readings not been accepted

Hello there,

I vigilantly update my meter readings on a monthly bases to avoid being over or under estimated and potentially receiving a high bill. However for some reason my gas readings are NEVER accepted, even though I take a photo or enter the details in manually. Does anyone have the same problem?!

I have never had this sort of problem in my 14 months with Bulb.

What do you mean you readings are never accepted, are you able to give an example?

I submit my readings and then they disappear :frowning:

Thats annoying, so you enter the readings in the form shown below and after you click the Submit button the reading you inputted is no longer there?
