I have submitted 2 gas readings since joining Bulb a few months ago. I have had email confirmation of these. I have also had a man visit my property and take a reading too however none of these readings are showing up on my account? I would like to be able to see them as how do I know whether my DD is going to jump up one day or not? Is there any reason why I can only see evident of electricity meter readings?
