[New customer - joined a month ago - initial meter readings a month ago worked ok] I tried providing my meter readings yesterday through the app: electricity no problem; gas was weird - every time I tried to submit a gas meter reading it said something like ‘ooh it looks like you are not connected to the internet’ - I tried several times and had the same response each time. Checked my email and I had several emails from Bulb saying they have my reading - but it does not show up in the ‘Energy Usage / Meter Readings’ page … the electricity readings are there but not the gas reading? Am I missing something? I tried re-submitting the readings via the web - get email saying received, but reading does not show up on the ‘Energy Usage / Meter Readings’ page. Not sure if it is working as it should.
