Gas meter readings on my new bulb account

I am getting very very frustrated with the way you are handling my account. After spending over 1 hour last month and sending photos and serial numbers of mr gas meter nothing has been corrected on my account and still cannot submit my true and accurate gas meter reading. I require a phone call on 07984014333 to sort this issue out as I am loosing patience with what seems to be inaficiency with my energy supplier.

@sparkydog1 I have just tried to call but unfortunately you were unavailable. I have now updated our records so that you have the correct gas meter details, and you will be able to submit readings online. The reason this did not happen previously was because we were waiting for confirmation from your old supplier. We initially received incorrect information from them about your old meter.
