Everytime I submit a gas meter reading it never appears. Electricity is fine. Why is this happening? Just keeps using estimates for gas.
I’ve been getting exactly the same. Would love an issue as we’re using vastly more gas than Bulb’s estimates so our bills are woefully inaccurate
Have you spoken to anyone at Bulb about it? I am planning on calling them today. My bills are very inaccurate also.
