Gas meter readings.


I’ve submitted two gas meter readings alongwide photos. They are significantly lower than the estimate. However, neither of these have been updated on estimated bills.

Please advise.

Hi @Joeflitton Thanks for the message. I have fixed the account now and sent something off called a read dispute. This is to ensure the old supplier use the correct readings, as it looks like the cause of this issue is that the opening reads are a little bit wrong.

Not to worry, you don’t need to do anything - we’ll send you a new bill once this has been sorted.
