Gas meter stopped sending readings

Just looking at my account the gas meter reading has been estimated on 11 feb and 11 march, before that it is smart read, is there a problem with the meter? why is it not sending readings?

Yes my smart meter stopped recording gas usage on the in home day on 14 February also

Sorry for the issues on your gas meters, it seems there has been a connection errors, some of the data that we get has failed over the last month or so which means we need to review this with smart, we will ask them and then get back to you directly with the next steps.
