Gas meter testing nipple

Hi there,

We are having a new kitchen installed and the fitters need to test the gas supply before they can fit the oven, and they’ve said the “testing nipple” on the gas meter is broken. They can’t continue with the work until this has been replaced. I was advised to call our supplier to get this replaced - does anyone have any experience with this, or know how I can contact Bulb about this?
