I have just joined bulb and I have been frequently uploading gas and electricity meter readings. I have just received my statement and the electric used accurately reflects the meter readings. However, the gas bill says I have used no gas at all and the bill says that my gas meter hasn’t moved for a full month.
This is not accurate and I have been uploading the accurate gas readings and photographs to prove it. When I upload the gas readings, the bulb app always queries the amount.
Could anyone advise me?
