I have no readings on my meter it is blank
@elsie, sometimes you have to press a button for your readings to appear.

Hi @elsie - yep, @mowcius is right. The best thing to do is follow the instructions on that article, and if no readings appear after that, we might have to exchange your meter (free of charge). To organise that, just send us an email to email@example.com or give us a call on 0300 30 30 635 from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and we’ll get everything sorted
