Gas not appearing on smart meter

It seems due to our recent price increase, your in home display was being updated with the new tariff rates and details you may have seen some anomalies. Please do let me know if you have any further questions.

It’s still not fixed.

I have no idea of my gas usage on the IHD as yearly, monthly, weekly and daily displays are still blank 29 days after the price increase. The outrageous standing charge has changed on the device so it has updated that but as ever with you people if it’s not one thing it’s another.

Before you tell me to do the 48 hour reset it’s been done, several times now and still no gas display. As a result of this I’m sending DAILY meter readings to ensure you don’t estimate my bill as you do with so many other people.
