Gas not showing on Bulb Dashboard for my account

Hello,

I have just moved into a flat in Edinburgh where the last tenants were using Bulb for electric and gas. I have signed up and ‘moved in’ with Bulb and provided direct debit details and first electricity meter reading. However, there is no mention on the site for anything to do with gas. I thought I had signed up for gas with Bulb as the last tenants did too and we are simply taking this over.

Can someone look into my account and see that gas is correctly applied to the account, I have a meter reading ready to provide to Bulb going forward. I have completed direct debit information.
