my gas prepayment meter wont read my gas card and i have no heating or hot water and 3 kids. Everyone i speak to says they cant help. who can?
You say “everyone” have you tried contacting bulb by phone or live chat the “how to do so” is available through the HELP button at the bottom of this page. If you have an old type prepay meter and the card worked before could be a simple matter of bulb getting your DNO to change the battery pack
