Hi Michelle,
There was a small piece of technical information missing which meant that it wasn’t appearing. I have now fixed that and added it for you, so you should be able to see it in MyBulb.

I have the same issue, please amend as i moving out tomorrow and need to submit my final reading.

my gas doesn’t show on my account, however i rang up and they said it was fine. please could you add to my account page.
