Gas reading

The box is a smart meter outside front of property, but I cannot get a reading at present, can you please advise. Thank you

Hi there @Borispan1 what exactly is the problem in terms of getting the reading? If it’s in a meter box and you don’t have a key, then we can send you one if you like. If you aren’t around, then you can get us a reading when you get back, that’ll be fine, we’ll just have to use estimates until then on any bills. If it’s something else, then let me know and I’m sure we’ll be able to get it sorted out for you
