Hi I have successfully submitted my electricity reading but cannot submit gas reading for some reason. Please can you help.
What issues are you experiencing when you attempt to submit a gas reading? If you’re able to upload a screenshot of the errors, that would be really helpful too.
@tinarowe_05 thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm that we have received your reading. We’re experiencing an issue with our system at the moment but we have received your reading and you should see it in the account in the next few days.
