Gas readings sent previously and I spoke to bulb ref them not appearing on my account. This was resolved, however I resubmitted elec and gas readings again 21/1/18 - the elec is showing fine from that reading but not the gas - any ideas why this is please ?
@Pap I can see that the readings are now showing in your account, can you let me know if these are not up to date?
I’m getting the same issue - every time I submit readings, the elec shows up fine but the gas never does I submitted a new reading yesterday and it’s not shown up. Bulb’s estimates are woefully wrong so my bills are way off.
