Gas readings have disappeared off IHD

It is not uncommon for gas/elec data to drop off the IHD for short periods of time, this can be if there is a momentary loss of connection.

I recommend leaving the IHD for a few hours, if it does not re-appear you can follow the instructions on this link.

Once you’ve sent that in we’ll try and fix your IHD overnight, so it should start working in 24 hours. If it’s still not working in 48 hours then get back in touch.

It’s definitely not momentary. It’s had no Gas data for a few days.

What do you mean by “leaving the IHD” ?

Did you mean leave it off?

I mean just leaving it on.

If it has been like this for a few days then please follow the link and the instructions in your Bulb Account.

If this doesn’t work please let us know and we can try a few other things.


Rebooted IHD and now all ok.
