The last reading on my account for gas is this:

I have been trying to keep on top of the readings as my smart meter is not showing any readings in my account.
Because of this I have been submitting readings to ensure i have no estimated bills.
I have tried to submit a reading of 71 for a few days now but they are not showing on my account.
I spoke to bulb 3 times yesterday and all they would tell me is my readings are kept in Unknown and they do not know why.
Does anyone know what the general reason for this happening is?
