Gas readings not accepted

We haven’t had a gas meter reading accepted since moving to our new house in April. I’ve submitted photos every time but it’s made no difference, and Bulb’s “estimate” is ridiculously above what we’re using.

Tried to contact by chat several times but get kicked out of the queue every time. Top customer service from Bulb!

Have you tried to submit a meter reading via the Account Dashboard on a computer?

I’m really sorry to hear this. It looks like your opening gas reading was estimated and is higher than your current reading. We’ll need to dispute the opening reading but I’m going to email you about this now.

Hopefully we can get this sorted ASAP.
