I had gas and electricity smart meters installed by bulb and then didn’t think about them again. But I’ve just noticed that while the electricity one has sent readings fine the gas one hasn’t so my bills are based on estimates. How do I get this sorted?
@DaveB78 Its no surprise. I was left with a gas meter that wouldn’t send readings. Good luck with getting it fixed. It seems the installers are leaving without telling people they are not working or going to work. Nice one.

I have raised this with our Smart team to see whether we can remotely commission this meter, as it doesn’t appear to be connected to the smart network.
In the meantime, so that we can make sure your account is up to date, would you be able to submit a manual meter reading for your gas? You can view our meter reading guide for instructions on doing this
