Gas supply not transferred

Good Morning,

I have this morning received an email from my ‘previous’ gas supplier stating that our gas is still being supplied by them when I asked for it to be transferred to bulb with my electricity in March. I have checked my bulb account online and it is showing on my tariff that my electricity AND gas is being supplied by Bulb. Please can someone get in touch with me regarding this as our previous supplier is still taking money from my account for the gas - thank you

Best to contact Bulb directly. This is a customer forum and although Bulb staff pop in occasionally, you’ll get a quicker answer by calling.

No, not had any reply yet. I emailed bulb direct but have had nothing back yet.
