we have no gas supply in the house
What do you mean? Has it been cut off? Is it a fault? or are you all electric?
I think best you contact Bulb direct ans explain the problem, phone , email, or live chat.
I’d check the gas valve by your meter first to make sure it hasn’t been pulled to the ‘off position’ (external meters - even in the ‘locked utility boxes’ as they share a 'common key - may be subject to people ‘fiddling’).
From Bulb’s emergency page at https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001228911-What-should-I-do-in-case-of-emergency- :
Gas isn't working If none of your gas appliances are working but you don't smell gas, then you should call National Grid Metering on 0800 001 4340. They'll walk you through the next steps and arrange for your gas meter to be exchanged.
If you do smell gas, ensure the main gas valve is turned off, don’t smoke/light matches/use electrical items, and call the National Gas Service Emergency Line on 0800 111 999 to report a suspected gas leak.
However, if it could be a billing issue, call Bulb on 0300 30 30 635 (other contact methods on https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) and they’ll be able to help.
