I have recently switched to bulb and for some reason my gas doesn’t appear to be part of my switch?
I switched dual on 08/04/19 but was told there was a delay with the gas on 08/05/19 which would complete by 26/05/19. This has still not happened and I am paying for dual fuel with my previous supplier. What is going on?
Hi @Lisab123 I have sent you an email regarding this issue. Normally, a switch doesn’t go through when the previous supplier objects to the switch, which can be for a number of reasons. To register for it again, we need to confirm the correct meter with a photo of the meter to get the serial number, or a supply point reference number (“meter point reference number” for gas, and “meter point administration number” for electricity), which can be found on bills from your current supplier
