Gas switched off

Please can you help it looks like our gas is switched off.

We have just moved into our houses which was already supplied by bulb and have set up a new account. Tried to cook on the hob and realised there was no gas, when we checked outside it looks like it had been switched off. Please can you advise?

You don’t say whether it a smart meter or what. It is highly unlikely that Bulb would turn gas off.
Have you checked to see if the valve is turned on? If you have just moved in then previous occupants may have turned it off.
