Gas usage not being recorded since switch to smart meter

Hi,
I had smart meters installed by bulb in April. The final electricity meter reading is recorded correctly on my account but the final gas reading was not and no gas meter readings have been recorded since. I have telephoned the help lines in may and june and was told that the issue would be sorted out, which it has not been. Please let me know how I can get the issues with the smart meters resolved.
