Gb's smart meter switch

Smart meter installed July 4th, still waiting for it to be adopted by bulb despite numerous emails asking them to sort this out. Nothing has happened and my bills are still being estimated. We are being overcharged as a result. I even sent a photo of my new smart meter. Waste of my time and effort.
Also, no joining bonus has been forthcoming despite emails pointing out that I joined bulb in May of this year, using my brother-in-law’s link. He has not received anything either. In my experience, it’s a con.
And don’t bother with a smart meter either. Complete waste of time.
Thinking of moving again, then bulb will have to sort out my meter switch.
