Getting an up to date statement

Hi,
There was a dispute between yourselves and my previous supplier OVO regarding the gas meter reading. That has now been settled and OVO have refunded my over payment to them. However I haven’t had an up to date statement generated since January, and would appreciate if one could be generated so I can check my current balance and adjust my DD as necessary.
