Tried to access online chat to get a refund just to find a list of answers to questions with no person. Having to call and wait, thought the chat was to provide a better service. Please restore the chat function…easy, quick and query resolved quickly.
For non-urgent stuff such as refunds, I’d personally suggest just dropping Bulb and email at firstname.lastname@example.org for them. Things such as live chat and telephone should only really be used if you actually need some rapid ‘back and forth’ response in my opinion (whereas ‘Can you please refund me as much as possible?’…‘Done!’ - doesn’t really need a conversation ).
I believe the live chat facility, if they are busy, defaults to enabling you to start an email with Bulb.
