Getting credit refunded

I’m thinking about switching to another provider and I can’t find any information about how the credit in my account will be refunded to me, does anyone know? In the past I’ve had cheques in the post to reimburse me but I’m not sure if that’s a standard procedure. I have emailed bulb but haven’t heard back so I thought I’d try here.

Hi - I’ve just left Bulb to move to Green and their Oak tariff. The credit in my account was refunded back into my bank account so they say don’t cancel your direct debit until this has been done. I left Bulb on 12 Dec and I got my refund a few days ago so not too long to wait.

Just email bulb. Usually details are at the bottom of the page and request a refund
