Given meter readings wrong way round.

I have storage radiators .Therefore I have to submit 2 readings. Sometime ago I gave the reading for night ,in the day readings and day readings in the night readings. Now when I send the readings the correct way round Bulb won’t accept them .Therefore Bulb have been estimating my usage .Which on a Pension I find hard to afford.I need this sorted as soon as possible !!!
