Dear Bulb I would like to reduce my winter payments to very little since I will be away in australia for the winter. do I just cancel my direct debits or reduce the amount myself.

@Anita_Goldsworthy1 You can reduce this yourself in your online account. If we don’t have readings from you then we don’t know that you will be using less so you may see your bills are still the same.
