Graph showing daily usage

Daily usage graph seems to have stopped showing. Any ideas??

I’ve just had a look at your bulb account and this looks fine on my end. Can you confirm whether you’re using a desktop or the app to access this information?

Thanks Suki. I can see the daily total on my IHD but not on the app or your website.

Sorry that you are unable to see this on your app/website. If usage graphs have stopped this would have been flagged by our smart team so we can work for a fix.

Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the app?

App deleted and reinstalled. No daily graph showing since 11.01

Still nothing since 11.01

I’ve logged into your Bulb account and I’m able to view your usage in the ‘Energy Usage’ section. Could you please retry on a desktop/ laptop and see if it works? If it does, it looks like it’s an issue with the app so I’ll raise this with the relevant team.
