Has anyone else had their meter reading proforma removed and so can't fill in readings?

My account has had the slot to fill in my Electricity Meter readings removed. I have read them but can’t advise Bulb. When I e-mailed them, they suggested my meter might be faulty. Is it me?

I’m a bit puzzled how it can be a faulty meter when it’s your account that doesn’t allow readings to be input. Surely that’s a website/app error? Unless I am misunderstanding something. If you have told them that you can read your meter but not advise them online etc, then how on earth do they come to the conclusion that the meter is faulty?? Puzzled face here
